7. Approval of Addendum No. 4 to the Grant Agreement with Oath to Country Foundation (OTCF) to support the continued operation of the senior Veteran home as part of the Home Rehabilitation Pilot It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Mayor to execute an amended Grant Agreement with Oath to Country Foundation (OTCF) subject to any non-substantive changes made by the CEO and City Attorney; 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to re-appropriate $10,000 from ARPA Fund #275 to fund the Home Rehabilitation Pilot Program for the extended period, re-appropriate the remaining balance from the original $50,000 in ARPA fund to other eligible ARPA funded programs, and make the necessary budget adjustments; and 3.
