HOMELESS UPDATE Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-151 (1) authorizing the Chief of Police to facilitate and conduct two Request for Proposal (“RFP”) processes: for services related to temporary sobering services, including a sobering center and for homeless outreach services; (2) approving the execution of the budget adjustments necessary to fund costs related to the procurement, implementation, and operation of temporary sobering services and homeless outreach services.
