Consultant Services to Produce, Direct and Cablecast Live City Council Meetings for\nTelevision and the Web\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the first amendment to the existing contract with Eric\nWinter for the subject services for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, in the\namount of $44,254.98; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to Eric Winter for the\nperiod of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $21,556.29\npending adoption of the 2023- 2025 budget by the City Council.
