Consultant Services for Coordination of Activities at Mission Viejo Television (MVTV)\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the first amendment to the existing contract with Eric\nWinter for coordination of activities at Mission Viejo Television for the period of July 1,\n2023, through June 30, 2025, in the amount of $59,565.78; and (2) authorize staff to issue a\npurchase order to Eric Winter for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in the\namount of $29,014.22 pending adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023-2025 budget by the City\nCouncil.
