9B. City Manager - Provide Direction for Selection of New City Logo. Expenditure:\nNone.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council provide direction to staff regarding\nthe 98 entries for a new City logo:\n1) Select an Entry as submitted; or\n2) Select an Entry and recommend modification(s); or\n3) Determine no Entries are acceptable and extend the deadline; or\n4) Direct Staff to create and submit alternatives; or\n5) Direct Staff to work with on-line logo designers using professional artists; or\n6) Direct Staff to develop a Request for Proposals and establish a budget; or\n7) Do not replace the existing logo at this time.
