8E. Public Works - Approve Categorical Exemption Under California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) and Award Public Works Agreement for FY2022-23 Arterial\nRoadway Striping, T-190. Expenditure: $566,714 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1) Adopt finding of a categorical exemption per staff determination, pursuant to Section\n15301 (c) of the guidelines implementing California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nfor FY2022-23 Arterial Roadway Striping, T-190; and\n2) Approve the plans and specifications for FY2022-23 Arterial Roadway Striping, T-190\n(B2023-03) project; and\n3) Award a public works agreement to WGJ Enterprises Inc., dba PC! of Azusa,\nCA (B2023-03) in the amount of $492,795 and authorize a 15% contingency in the\namount of $73,919 for construction of FY2022-23 Arterial Roadway Striping, T-190 for\na two-year period beginning May 9, 2023 and ending May 8, 2025
