A. Award Agreement with Konica Minolta Business Solutions for Managed Print Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect on the environment pursuant to\nSection 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Konica Minolta\nBusiness Solutions for Managed Print Services (MPS) for the Information Services\nDepartment.
