J. Approval of Modification of the Professional Services Agreement for the Safe Routes to School\nPedestrian Improvements at Six Schools Project to extend the term\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of statutory exemption pursuant to Section 21080.25 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) and categorical exemptions pursuant to Sections\n15301 and 15304 of the CEQA Guidelines.\n2.
