Approve the appropriation of $339,920 in grant funds from the California Public Utilities\nCommission to Revenue Account No.: 349-3315-000 and corresponding Expense Account\nNo.: 349-4200-770.\n2. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the Community Coalition of the Antelope\nValley in the amount of $339,920. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to sign all\ndocuments.\n3. Find that this item is not a project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.\nThe Community Coalition of the Antelope Valley is a California nonprofit organization\ndedicated to building a unified voice for residents and businesses across the cities and\nunincorporated communities of Los Angeles County's Antelope Valley. The organization\nfocuses on accelerating projects aimed at improving the quality of life and fostering\neconomic development in the region.
