CC 17. Mariposa Park Joint Land Use Amendment with the Lancaster School District\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve the Joint Land Use amendment between the Lancaster School District (Lessor) and the\nCity of Lancaster (Lessee) for land use at Mariposa Park.\nCITY OF LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to sign, in substantially the form attached, with non-\nsubstantive changes approved by the City Attorney.\nThe amendment will allow for future grant funded improvements and enable the city to\nrehabilitate our existing infrastructure to address deficiencies in the neighborhood and\nincrease access to the outdoors and open space.
