CC 12. Approval of Professional Service Agreement for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Design\nServices for Mariposa Park Improvements (Reference PWCP 23-008)\nRecommendation(s):\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with IDS Group, of Irvine, California, to\nprovide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design Services for Mariposa Park\nImprovements in the amount of $216,821.00 plus a 10% contingency; and authorize the City\nManager, or his designee, to sign all documents.\n2. Find that the approval of an Agreement is not a project under California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) Guideline Section 15378(b)(5) (CCR, Title 4, Chapter 3, Article 20).\nMariposa Park is located at 45755 Fig Avenue, within a densely populated area, and is\nsurrounded by established residential neighborhoods, an elementary school, and industrial\nbusinesses. The Mariposa Park Improvements project focuses on increasing ADA\naccessibility within the park, and creating renovated amenities to improve and expand\ncommunity resources based on community input.
