CC 7. Task Order for Multi-Year Professional Services (Service Group Category 1 - Roadway and\nStructures Engineering) Design Services for Lancaster Health District (formerly Medical\nMain Street), Project ID# F9131 (Reference PWCP 20-006)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove Ninth Revised Task Order No. 6 involving additional design services with Kimley-\nHorn and Associates, Inc., (KHA) of Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the Multi-\nYear Professional Services Agreement for Lancaster Health District (formerly Medical Main\nStreet) Design Services in the amount of $457,222.27, with an additional $150,000.00\ncontingency; and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to sign all documents.\nThe Lancaster Health District (formerly Medical Main Street) Improvements project will\nalleviate the burden to the existing arterial network, whilst providing necessary access to\nexisting and proposed medical facilities as part of the Medical Main Street Planning area.\nThe proposed project will improve service to the region that serves the Antelope Valley\nHospital.
