CC 4. County Service Request Tracking System (CSRTS) for Pavement Preservation under the\nGeneral Services Agreement Between the City of Lancaster and the Los Angeles County\nDepartment of Public Works\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove County Service Request Tracking System (CSRTS) Work Order No. 270601,\nfor 110th Street West to Avenue F to Avenue J, in the amount of $35,600.00, No. 270604,\nfor Johnson Road to Elizabeth Lake Road to Avenue J project, in the amount of $255,361.00,\nand No. 270605, for 90th Street West to Avenue G to Avenue J project in the amount of\n$542,661.00. Under the General Services Agreement dated July 1, 2022, with the County of\nLos Angeles, for a total amount of $833,622.00 for the County to procure work involving\npavement preservation within City of Lancaster right-of-way. Authorize the City Manager, or\nhis designee, to sign all documents.\nAs part of the County’s projects (110th Street West - Avenue F to Avenue J; Johnson Road -\nElizabeth Lake Road to Avenue J; and 90th Street West - Avenue G to Avenue J), the County\nhas offered to include portions of the roadway within City right-of-way. CSRTS Work Order\nNos. 270601, 270604, and 270605 allow the County to procure work involving pavement\npreservation on 110th Street West, from Avenue F to Avenue J; Johnson Road, from Elizabeth\nLake Road to Avenue J; and 90th Street West, from Avenue G to Avenue J within City right-\nof-way and identify the City’s estimated jurisdictional total share of costs as $833,622.00.\nActual costs shall be paid in accordance with the General Services Agreement. Sufficient\nfunding was appropriated with the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget to the City Pavement\nManagement Program Pavement Preservation project (15ST084)
