Award RFP #790-23, Preschool Services, to Kids’ Corner Preschool of Lancaster,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $156,600 to provide preschool services.\nb. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated documents,\nsubject to City Attorney approval.\nCITY OF LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA\nLancaster has a long history of collaborating with community organizations who serve young\nchildren and their families to support and promote school readiness. Through a Request for\nProposal (RFP) process services were requested to address early education preschool\nprogramming. The purpose of such services is to provide eligible families the opportunity\nand access to ensure participants have the knowledge, skills, and support they need to\nsuccessfully transition academically and socially/emotionally, from preschool to\nkindergarten.\nCOUNCIL REPORTS
