16.1 RESOLUTION NO. 23-13, GRANT AND CONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT TO\nSOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY FOR A GAS LINE AND\nAPPURTENANCES LOCATED ON ROSECRANS AVENUE, WEST OF VALLEY VIEW\nAVENUE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF ISELI ROAD WITHIN THE CITY OF LA\nMIRADA - It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-13 granting\nand conveying an easement to Southern California Gas Company for a gas line and\nappurtenances located on Rosecrans Avenue, west of Valley View Avenue, at the\nintersection of Iseli Road within the City of La Mirada, as described in Exhibit A and\ndelineated in Exhibit B; authorize the Mayor to sign the Grant of Easement on behalf of\nthe City; authorize the City Manager to sign such further documents and take such\nfurther actions to affect the transactions described herein; and instruct the City Clerk to\nsubmit the documents for recordation in the office of the Los Angeles County\nRecorder.\n16.1 Resolution No. 23-13\nHOUSING SUCCESSOR
