APPROVE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH CODE 3\nTECHNOLOGY FOR THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION AND\nEXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE OF GETAC MOBILE\nCOMPUTERS FOR THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Service Agreement 23C105 with Code 3\nTechnology for the purchase, installation, and extended warranty\ncoverage of ruggedized Getac computers for use by the Police\nand Fire Departments, in an amount not to exceed $590,508.35.\n2.
