APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 23P064 WITH\nGOVERNMENT REVENUE SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS I, LLC, DBA\nAVENU INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS, LLC, FOR TRANSIENT\nOCCUPANCY TAX AUDIT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23P064 (Attachment A)\nwith Government Revenue Solutions Holdings I, LLC, DBA Avenu\nInsights & Analytics, LLC, to provide transient occupancy tax audit\nservices for a five-year term in an amount not to exceed $570,000\nbeginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
