G. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. A9136 WITH\nPUB CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR BUILDING REPAIR AND\nRENOVATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A9136 (Attachment\nA) with PUB Construction, Inc., to provide building repair and\nrenovation services in an additional amount of $450,000 for a total\nrevised contract amount not to exceed $750,000 through June 19,\n2025.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
