O. APPROVE SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 23B079 WITH WEST\nAVIATION SERVICES-SAN DIEGO DBA SIERRA AVIATION GROUP\nFOR BAGGAGE RELOCATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23B079 with West\nAviation Services-San Diego DBA Sierra Aviation Group for\nbaggage relocation and wayfinding services in an amount not to\nexceed $2,000,000 for the initial three-year term beginning June 1,\n2023, through May 31, 2026, with two one-year extension options\nat the City’s sole discretion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
