J. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE\nCOACHELLA VALLEY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS TO\nPROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT AND OUTREACH SERVICES TO\nHOMELESS INDIVIDUALS IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY FOR A\nTERM OF THREE YEARS AT $100,000 PER YEAR, TOTALING\n$300,000\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Coachella\nValley Association of Governments in the amount of $300,000 to\nprovide services to unhoused individuals and families in the\nCoachella Valley and the City of Palm Springs.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to\nfacilitate the implementation of the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding.
