13. ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR REMOVAL OF\nACCESSIBILITY BARRIERS AT CITY HALL PUBLIC AREAS - City Council approval of the use of\nCommunity Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for removal of accessibility barriers at City Hall,\nthrough the replacement of public counters and modifications to restrooms in the estimated amount of\n$200,000 is requested.\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve Resolution No. 23-24, allocating $120,000 for\nADA compliant public counters and $80,000 for ADA compliant public\nrestrooms in City Hall; and, appropriate $200,000 from the CDBG Fund for\nthe removal of accessibility barriers at City Hall in the public areas.
