Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement Stantec Consulting\nServices\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to an agreement with Stantec Consulting Services in an\namount not to exceed $2,841,703 with an expiration date of June 30, 2024; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 with Stantec on behalf of the\nCity, subject to approval to form by the City Attorney.
