12.4 Consideration and Approval of a Third Amendment to Attorney-Client Agreement with\nDanning, Gill, Israel & Krasnoff, LLP for Bankruptcy Legal Services Relating to Illegal\nCannabis Operations.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Third Amendment to the Attorney-Client Agreement with Danning, Gill, Israel\n& Krasnoff, LLP, to increase the cap on legal fees from $75,000 to $95,000 incurred in\nthe representation of the City of El Monte in the bankruptcy matter (Crown Estates\nHolding) involving property where illegal cannabis activities have occurred; and\n2.
