Staff is requesting that this matter be continued to the June 20,\n2023 regular City Council meeting. There is no fiscal impact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council open the public hearing and continue\nthe item to the June 20, 2023 regular City Council meeting.
