Sams, a\nresident at 151 N. Cresta Avenue, for a temporary street closure. The purpose\nof this request is to hold a block party on Saturday, June 10, 2023, on the 100\nblock of Cresta Avenue from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is no fiscal impact\nrelated to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-25 authorizing\nclosure on Cresta Avenue between Las Tunas Drive and Hermosa Avenue from\n2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023.
