Memorandum of Agreement for the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program and\nWatershed Management Program for the Dominguez Channel Watershed Management\nArea\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the\nCity of Los Angeles, the City of Carson, the City of El Segundo, the City of Hawthorne, the\nCity of Inglewood, the City of Lawndale, the City of Lomita, Los Angeles County Flood\nControl District, the County of Los Angeles, and the South Bay Cities Council of\nGovernments regarding the administration and cost sharing for implementing the\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP) and Watershed Management\nProgram (WMP) for the Dominguez Channel Watershed Management Area; authorize the\nMayor to sign the MOA; and authorize Lomita’s estimated share of the funding, $269,802\nover three years.
