AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 – THE HEART OF NORWALK SPECIFIC PLAN AND\nENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT - ADDITIONAL SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with The Arroyo Group for the\nHeart of Norwalk Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report, for additional services not-to-exceed\n$732,500; and authorize the City Manager to execute this amendment and any additional amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within his signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney. 325-03
