PROJECT NO. 7450 - WELL NO. 10 GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON TREATMENT AND SYSTEM\nUPGRADES AND PROJECT NO. 7606 – POTTER STREET STORM DRAIN REPAIRS - AWARD\nCONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DESIGN, ENVIRONMENTAL\nCOMPLIANCE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council approve agreements with:\na. Civiltec Engineering, Inc. for Project No. 7450 to provide professional engineering services for design,\nenvironmental compliance project management, and construction support for Work Order No. 1 for a\nterm of two years from the date of execution, with the option to extend for two additional one-year\nterm extensions, for an amount not to exceed $295,347; and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe agreement, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney; and\nb. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Project No. 7606 to provide professional engineering services\nfor design, project management, and construction support for Work Order No. 2 for a term of two\nyears from the date of execution, with the option to extend for two additional one-year term\nextensions, for an amount not to exceed $114,995; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney. 1005-04-7450/7606
