(1)\n22-1051\nReports from the Department of City Planning (DCP) and City Administrative Officer relative to retroactively authorizing the DCP to apply for a 2022-2023 Certified Local Government (CLG) grant from the State of California Office of Historic Preservation (CalOHP) for the creation of a framework and strategy on how to approach the development of an Indigenous Peoples Historic Context that would become a part of the citywide historic context statement; and to accept two CLG grants and execute two grant agreements with the CalOHP for the total amount of $44,000 for a one-year term from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023, and related transactions; and, authorizing the Controller to set up a grant receivable of $44,000 and establish an appropriation account within the City Planning Grants Trust Fund No. 46Y/68 for the disbursement of funds for the project.
