Kitchens\nfor Good, Inc., 2.) Kiwanis Foundation of Tierrasanta, San Diego, California, 3.) Kyoto\nSymposium Organization, and 4.) Lake Murray Fireworks and Events, Inc. are exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to sections 15301 and 15323 of\nthe CEQA Guidelines.\nSubitem-B: (R-2023-622)\nResolution authorizing the Mayor, or their designee, to enter into Agreements with 1.)\nKitchens for Good, Inc., in an amount not-to-exceed $2,000; 2.)
