FOR PROVISION\nOF ENGINEERING, BUILDING AND SAFETY, CODE ENFORCEMENT\nAND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES\nRequested Action: That the City Council approve the Second Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and HR Green\nPacific, Inc. for provision of engineering, building and safety, code enforcement and\neconomic development services, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nSecond Amendment in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney.
