D Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 23-19 – A\nResolution approving Final Map No. 82987 to allow for the subdivision of\nthree existing parcels to create two: Parcel 1 – for retail use, and Parcel 2 –\nfor 91 residential condominium units and retail use on property located at\n16411 Bellflower Boulevard, 9742 Mayne Street, and 9735 Oak Street;\nand authorize the City Manager to execute Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement File No. 837.7, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with\n16411 Bellflower, LLC.\nCEQA: Resolution No. 20-29 previously approved a mitigated negative\ndeclaration. No additional environmental review is required for the final map.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-19; and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute Subdivision Improvement Agreement No. 837.7, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other\naction related to this item.
