AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR FORD PARK AQUATICS\nCENTER CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES\nAdoption of resolution and award of professional services agreement for construction management\nand inspection services to the most qualified proposer for the Ford Park Aquatics Center Project.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached resolution; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement for construction\nmanagement and inspection services with the most qualified proposer for the Ford Park\nAquatics Center Project, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
