Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION expressing City Council support and agreement for the\nestablishment of the Strategic Collaboration Agreement with the Torrance Unified\nSchool District; and\n2) Direct the City Manager to continue on-going collaboration efforts with Torrance\nUnified School District for existing and new City programming that aligns with the\nidentified Strategic Collaboration areas.
