Expenditure: $159,636 (Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Chief of Police that City Council:\n1) Appropriate $159,636 of asset forfeiture funds for the purchase and installation of\nequipment for the Real-Time Response Center to a newly created project; and\n2) Approve a contract services agreement with CDCE Inc., of Yorba Linda, CA in the\namount of $159,636 for the purchase and installation of equipment for the Real-Time\nResponse Center as a cooperative purchase with Omnia Partners for a one-year\nperiod beginning May 23, 2023 and ending May 22, 2024.
