Adopt resolutions approving associate membership in California Enterprise Development\nAuthority (CEDA); and execution of Associate Membership Agreement relating to Associate\nMembership of City in Authority; approving issuance of Revenue Bonds by CEDA in\naggregate principal amount not-to-exceed $36,100,000 for refinancing certain educational\nfacilities and other matters relating thereto for benefit of Heights Christian Schools; and\nfinding actions exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act,\nrespectively; and authorize Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and other Officers and Officials\nof City to take all actions necessary to effectuate the purposes of these resolutions
