Funds will come from the Metro Sewer Utility Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 2.\nProposed Actions:\nSubitem-A: (R-2023-729)\nResolution determining that the first amendment to the agreement with HDR Engineering,\nInc. for Point Loma Wastewater Treatment Plant Coastal Erosion Monitoring Program\nImplementation (H2225956) is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\nPursuant to Sections 15303, 15304, and 15306 of the CEQA Guidelines.\nSubitem-B: (R-2023–722)\nResolution ratifying an emergency contract, pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code\nsection 22.3208(b), with HDR Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $1,761,205.00.
