(Engineering –\nSchmitz)\nRecommendation:\n1. Conduct and close the Public Hearing; and\n2. Adopt the Resolution Vacating a 35-Foot-Wide Corridor Open Space Easement\n(Vac 2023-01); Excepting and Reserving Easements and Rights for Existing\nDrainage Facilities; Finding the Action is Not a Project Subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) or is Otherwise Exempt Pursuant to State\nCEQA Guidelines Section 15301(b)(3); and directing the City Clerk to record the\nResolution together with Exhibit “A” attached thereto.
