G. AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO CALTEC\nCORPORATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $943,000 FOR SKYLIGHT\nRAILINGS, CITY PROJECT 18-20\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the construction contract to CALTEC Corporation, a\nCalifornia corporation, in the amount of $943,000 for the\nconstruction and installation of Skylight Railings, City Project No.\n18-20.\n2. Delegate authority to the City Manager or his designee to approve\nand execute construction contract change orders up to a total\namount of $94,300 (10%) with all change orders reported to the\nCity Council at project completion.\n3.
