APPROVE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED\nDISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR\nDEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE ALOE PALM\nCANYON PROJECT LOCATED AT 1479 NORTH PALM CANYON\nDRIVE, A 71-UNIT SENIOR HOUSING PROJECT IN THE CITY OF\nPALM SPRINGS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve First Amendment to Amended and Restated Disposition\nand Development Agreement (DDA) with Aloe Palm Canyon L.P. to\nincrease the loan amount by $3,000,000.\n2.
