H. PROPOSED “BLOCK G POP ART PARK” PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Accept donation of the artwork Pin Wheel by artist Larry Lubow\nfrom Ann Sheffer.\n2. Approve Public Art Funds in the amount of $9,775 for the\ninstallation of a concrete pad for Impossible Lawn Chair; $500 for\nPopsicles to fabricate a plaque; and $3,000 to install Pin Wheel, for\na total of $13,275.\n3. Approve temporary placement of the artworks Pin Wheel,\nPopsicles, and Impossible Lawn Chair on Block G of the Downtown\nDevelopment for a period of two years.\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to\nfacilitate the temporary installation of the artworks Pin Wheel,\nPopsicles, and Impossible Lawn Chair on Block G, located at the\nsouthwest corner of North Belardo Road and Belardo Road of the\nDowntown Development for a period of two years.\nClick to View
