9. AGREEMENTS FOR MAJOR BUS COMPONENTS AND MAJOR REPAIR SERVICES FOR NORWALK\nTRANSIT SYSTEM\nStaff recommends City Council approve a three year agreement, from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026\nwith Cummins, Inc. for $80,000; Gillig, LLC for $50,000; and Western States Converters and Transmissions,\nInc. for $25,000, for a total of $155,000 for Fiscal Year 2023/24 for Major Bus Components and Major\nRepairs and an option to extend the agreements for two one-year periods for a total contract value of\n$465,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements, and any amendments provided there\nis funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
