RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF BUENA PARK AND THE BUENA PARK TECHNICAL, OFFICE AND\nPROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION (BPTOP)\nPresented by Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources\nPurpose: Approve a successor labor contract with the BPTOP and associated pay\ntables.
