7. Approval of Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Law Enforcement Services Agreement\nwith the County of Orange\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Law Enforcement Services Agreement\nwith the County of Orange; and,\n2.
