ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 1013-2022 APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH\n1919 BUILDING, INC.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1013-2022 approving 1919 Building,\nInc.’s application for Commercial Cannabis Distribution/Transportation, Commercial Cannabis\nManufacturing, Cannabis Development Agreement, Conditional Use Permit, and related land use\nentitlements. The Planning Commission recommended approval at its October 10, 2022 meeting.\nThe project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act, per CEQA\nGuidelines, Cal Code of Regs., tit. 24, sections 15301, 15302, and 15303, 15061, and 15378.
