F. ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 83338 FOR 223 E. LIVE OAK\nPLANNING CASE NO. TMAP20-003\nThe development, located at 223 E. Live Oak Street, is a 12-unit condominium\nproject. The Final Tract Map is for a single lot subdivided into condominiums\nfor development. Staff and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works\nhave reviewed the final tract map and have determined that it complies with\nthe State Subdivision Map Act, conditions of approval, and the City’s ordinances\nregarding subdivisions. Staff seeks Council’s approval of the Final Map. There is\nno fiscal impact related to this item.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve Final Tract Map No. 83338 and\nauthorize its filing with the Los Angeles County Recorder.
