Item No. 24. 2023-0379 CONSIDER AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION\nCONTRACT TO BEADOR CONSTRUCTION\nCOMPANY, INC. FOR PROJECT NO. 1694: CITY\nWIDE BRIDGE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD a Construction Contract to Beador Construction\nCompany, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for\nProject No. 1694: City Wide Bridge Maintenance and Repairs, in\nthe amount of $1,546,700.00.\n2. AUTHORIZE the expenditure of construction contingencies in\nthe amount of $232,005 (15%) for change orders and any\nunforeseen construction work.\n3.
