Item No. 30. 2023-0342 CONSIDER THE CORRECTION AWARD OF A\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM\nDESIGN GROUP FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR\nPROJECT NO. 1368 - CARRIAGE CREST PARK\nEXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nRecommendation: Take the following actions:\n1. RESCIND, REVOKE and MAKE INVALID its February 21,\n2023, award of Professional Services Agreement with RJM\nDesign Group for a not-to-exceed amount of $271,966.\n2. APPROVE a Professional Service Agreement with RJM Design\nGroup, Inc. for professional landscape architectural and\nengineering services to complete the plans, specifications and\nestimates for Project No. 1368 - Carriage Crest Park Expansion\nand Improvements Project for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$904,455.\n3.
