Item No. 29. 2023-0321 APPROVE THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, THE CITY\nOF CARSON, THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, THE CITY\nOF HAWTHORNE, THE CITY OF INGLEWOOD, THE\nCITY OF LAWNDALE, THE CITY OF LOMITA, LOS\nANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT,\nTHE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, AND THE SOUTH\nBAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS\nREGARDING THE ADMINISTRATION AND COST\nSHARING FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COORDINATED\nINTEGRATED MONITORING PROGRAM (CIMP) AND\nWATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (WMP) FOR\nTH E DOMINGUEZ CHANNEL WATERSHED\nMANAGEMENT AREA\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of\nLos Angeles, the City of Carson, the City of El Segundo, the City of\nHawthorne, the City of Inglewood, the City of Lawndale, the City of\nLomita, the Los Angeles Flood Control District, the County of Los\nAngeles, and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments\nregarding the administration and cost sharing for implementing the\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Plan and Watershed\nManagement Plan for the Dominguez Channel Watershed\nManagement Area.\n2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of\nAgreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: DC MOA 2023-2026 FINAL 05.01.2023
