9.6 Resolution No. 10359, declaring certain City-owned property 100 - 108\nlocated in various areas within the City as surplus land pursuant to\nthe Surplus Land Act, and finding that such declaration is exempt\nfrom environmental review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) and the State CEQA Guidelines as it has been\ndetermined that the adoption of this Resolution will not have a\nsignificant environmental impact and is exempt from CEQA pursuant\nto Section 15061(b)(3) of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations as it can be seen with certainty that there is no\npossibility that the declaration of property as surplus may have a\nsignificant effect on the environment, as no development is\nauthorized by this Resolution, and any future disposition will require\nseparate environmental analysis if and when the details of such\ndisposition are known (Carl S.
